Content Management Managed the content and delivery cadence of our eLearning library of over 300 items. Modules varied in length (1 minute to an hour) and format (multiple-choice, drag and drop, interactive hotspots, etc.) to accommodate a variety of learners and learning styles. Additionally, I managed a team of writers, editors, quality assurance auditors, developers, voice artists, and animators in the content department.

UX Design I designed the UX flow on our telematics smartphone app. The app uses real-time driving data to stop any risky driving behaviors and suggests courses and quick tips to help reduce collision risks. The app features their overall driving score (validated by FICO), a review of their individual driving behaviors, recorded driving events on trips, rewards points, messaging, vehicle inspection reports, insurance discounts, and coaching modules. I designed the quick tour and walkthroughs and managed a team to help support development and iteration of the app to respond to user engagement and feedback.

App Engagement I also write and managed over 500 notification types of a smartphone app. Notifications were time-sensitive and responsive to real-time driving data. This required constant iteration from data analysis and customer success team feedback. Notifications drove user engagement and added value to the user experience. I also managed the App Store copy and spearheaded updates to the descriptions and screenshots as the app evolved so users would have access to the most accurate and engaging data on their respective platforms.

Marketing Content Management I developed content to help serve our customer success team. This sample showcases our eLearning content library offerings through Best Practice Guides pulled from our existing materials. It was used for current and prospective clients to show the value of our eLearning curriculum. I also created interactive materials for in-person and online events for the CS team to engage a wide audience.

Technical Writing Content Management I worked with engineers and customer success team managers to create new, streamlined guides and FAQs. These guides walk users through the app and trouble-shoot top user questions.
